Yes. Recovering access is one of the first things we do. We’re used to tracking down hosting accounts, repositories and credentials, and we’ll tell you exactly what to ask for.
How fast can you start?
The audit is usually within a few days of your call. If something is urgent (a site down, a security hole, a looming deadline), we can move on it straight away.

Do we have to sign up for ongoing management?
No. Plenty of rescues start as a one-off fix or a migration. If it makes sense for us to run it afterwards, great, but that’s your call, not a condition.
